Churchill Downs Seeks Exchange Wagering

INGLEWOOD, Calif. (Nov. 13, 2012) -- The release of the California Horse Racing Board’s agenda and board packet for its meeting Thursday, Nov. 15, contains another indication that Louisville-based Churchill Downs Inc. is interested in offering exchange wagering once regulations there are final.
